Refund and Returns Policy

Domestic and International Shipping

We are based in Seoul, and domestic shipping is handled by CJ Express. We also offer worldwide shipping! A flat rate applies for all international orders, and packages are sent via standard airmail. Please note that any customs fees or import duties imposed by your country will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days after confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details. Delivery within Seoul takes 2–3 business days, while international orders sent via standard airmail usually arrive within 10–20 business days.

Damaged & Exchange items

For damaged or faulty items, email us at yohoi.official@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. You can choose a refund (minus shipping) or a replacement. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. As for exchanges, please contact us at the same email. Please notice that Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellation

To cancel an order, please email us at yohoi.official@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations for orders that have already been shipped.
